Leadership Teams within the Congregation
Our Holy Union Constitutions serve as a guide for leaders within the Congregation. Those sisters entrusted with the role of leadership are inspired by Jesus' example of authority as a service of love (John 13:3-17).
Guiding the Congregation as a whole, the General Council — elected in 2023 for a six-year term — works in close collaboration with area leaders to animate and serve the entire Holy Union family.
Area leaders foster union through dialogue with the sisters in their area and within Holy Union as a whole. They collaborate with individual sisters to build mutual support and strengthen our union with Christ (Mark 10: 42-45).
