"Empowered by our training in NLP and Coaching, and its impact on our own lives, we see NLP and Coaching as a new approach to Christian education. Like our Founder, Father Jean Baptiste Debrabant, we find in it a means to contribute to the transformation of individuals and of our society, which, like post-revolutionary France, stands in need of moral, Christian, psychological, and human reconstruction."
How does NLP impact people?
"With its core values of benevolence, unconditional love, respect, and positivity, NLP fosters personal transformation, improves communication, and positively challenges the individual. This allows them to discover, value, and utilize their personal resources to achieve their goals. NLP helps unanchor limiting attitudes in order to anchor positive ones, which promote the joy of living, foster personal excellence, and enable healthy interpersonal relationships. This is precisely where NLP perfectly aligns with our charism."
Context and Motivation of Our Initiative
"For several years now, we have painfully witnessed a human and moral decline, reflected in social and domestic violence, the trivialization of human life, and a general sense of helplessness in the face of evil. Not a single day goes by in Cameroon without the discovery of the lifeless bodies of adults (men and women), youth, and children, killed by strangers, friends, and worst of all, by family members.
Drugs are becoming a daily reality for an ever-increasing number of young and older people alike, with the disastrous consequence of a staggering number of individuals becoming a burden to their families and society. School dropouts, divorces, pedophilia, sexual abuse, and rapes followed by murder dominate the daily headlines on television and in newspapers.
In the face of this disastrous chaos, we contribute to NLP training under the mentorship of CFCI Canada, and offer coaching for everyone. We place a particular emphasis on academic coaching and NLP in schools, with the dual purpose of being both curative and preventive."
Preventive Approach
"Sister Constance Fonju is the head of NLP for schools in Cameroon. The preventive approach relies heavily on NLP in schools which, through its philosophy of benevolence and unconditional love, aims to awaken each child’s awareness of their rich potential of resources from an early age. NLP teaches young people how to mobilize their resources to excel and succeed in their life plans."

"By doing so, we hope to contribute in some small way to preparing the citizens and leaders of tomorrow, ensuring a holistic education that trains not only minds but, above all, hearts. Through NLP and Coaching, we want to light small lights to dispel, if only a little, the darkness of the current chaos in our country and the world."
Curative Approach
"Sisters Rebecca Sepepka, Marie Odette Dassi, and myself are Certified Professional Coaches. Since our Coaching training is fundamentally built on NLP, we want to share our experience through NLP training under the mentorship of the CFCI (Université Populaire Canadienne), while actively practicing the coaching profession."
Coaching for Personal Transformation
"We support individuals in mobilizing their personal resources to achieve their goals. The curative aspect is illustrated by the completely transformed lives of those who have undergone coaching."
The Challenge
"Our major challenge is the lack of awareness regarding NLP and Coaching in our society. To meet this challenge, we are committed to raising awareness among our fellow citizens. We draw inspiration from the spirit of initiative shown by our founder at the inception of our congregation, and we look to Sisters Octavie Marie, Claire Imelda, Alfred Therese, and Anne Henriette as role models. In 1931, they ventured into a Cameroon where no one spoke French or English, yet through the language of Love, creativity, and self-giving, they laid the solid foundations for the spiritual and human development that we are celebrating with the entire congregation in this bicentennial year.
For the glory of God and the liberation of our brothers and sisters, we hope and pray that the zeal that drove our Founder's attention to the needs of his time will carry us ever further into this new adventure."
